Fashion Week had some vibrant events this season. They offered a great mix of styling, beauty, and unwinding. Here’s a round-up of some of the hottest events that week:
Elle NYFW Lounge
The Elle NYFW Lounge was a perfect space for relaxing, recharging, and getting a bit of pampering. Makeup and hair services were offered and European Wax offered brow touch-ups. Dr. Yoon-Soo Cindy Bae and Dr. Melissa Kanchanapoomi Levin in partnership with Allergan provided consultations to guests on Botox. The event took place in a beautiful penthouse in the Flatiron district that offered great views of Madison Square Park and the Flatiron Building. I enjoyed flipping through the latest Elle issue with Ashley Graham on the cover as well some small bites to nosh on. It was an amazing Instragramable event!
Before Beauty Bar NYFW Event
Before Beauty Bar in partnership with Riviere Agency offered beauty services in a cute suite at The James Hotel. Guests had the choice of hair, makeup, or nail appointments to get their glam on. Candice from Before Beauty Bar did a fabulous job on my nails, as she gave me a red Chanel polish manicure. I left with goodies such as Evian Facial Spray and Before Beauty Bar travel size shampoo and conditioner. What a fun mid-NYFW treat!
Redken x NYFW Styling Suite
The Redken x NYFW Styling Suite took place at the Cutler Salon in the Arlo SoHo, and it was major! The salon offered dry styling looks created with Redken products such as Triple Take 32 Extreme High-Hold Hairspray and Triple Dry 15 Dry Texture Finishing Spray. Melissa from Cutler Salon gave me bouncy beach waves cutely set with bobby pins as clips. I love how the products feel on my hair and how good they smell. Redken even put together a cozy setup with its products where guests could get the perfect shot. It was beyond memorable!
WWD Style Dimension VIP Party
The WWD Style Dimension VIP Party offered the perfect setup for the intersection of technology, fashion, and beauty. It took place at The Cadillac House where multiple screens played Fashion Week content. The event offered makeup touch-ups and styling consultations from W by Worth. Copies of the latest WWD issue were available at the event and guests enjoyed dancing to the DJ-spun pop hits. dpHUE gave out some of its haircare products at the party as well. Cocktails and food were flowing and it was a great atmosphere to take in!
Caravan Stylist Lounge Fashion Week Glam
Caravan Stylist Lounge offered cute pampering services at its studio in Midtown. Guests could choose from Dry hair styling, manicures, mini-facials and makeup services. Planted in Beauty by Well Within was there with its latest line of skincare products. I chose to do dry hair styling and Valerie did an amazing job of giving me a side brave with some fun waves. It’s always a fab time at Caravan Lounge!
