To kick off New York Fashion Week, Epson invited me to a special presentation called Epson Digital Couture. North American and South American designers showcased their designs created using Epson’s digital textile technology: SureColor® F-Series printers. These designers included Carlos de Moya, Daniela Hoehmann, Ricardo Pava, Vanessa Korngold, Lindsey Degen, Daniel De Barco, and Sonia Chang. They also included Daniel Barreiro, Leonardo Mena, Sarah Richards, Sara Stevenson, Susan Wagner, Alexandra Polo and Miguel Moyano. I was impressed with the assortment of colors, styles, and patterns that these designers blended together. Even Kelly Rutherford, Dove Cameron, Chelsea Leyland, Chloe Norgaard, and Karen Erickson enjoyed the innovative collections.
The Epson SureColor® F-Series printers assisted in bringing these innovative styles to life. They offer digital dye-sublimation and produce sharp, vivid images with the most vibrant colors. The technology is a pioneering trend in the textile industry and it’s remarkable!
All of the looks were unique, but I definitely had my favorites: Leonardo Mena’s strapless satin mixed print gown, Sarah Stevenson’s white long sleeved dress with flowers, and Daniela Hoehmann’s black and red cropped top with matching pants. They’re wearable, beautiful pieces with standout flair. What a vibrant presentation!
